RETURN POLICY

Please note: our products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Personalised items (including any vinyl printing and/or embroidery) cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty.

If you need to return an item you can do so within 14 days for an exchange or refund as required. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the Product(s) you purchased is/are defective, as determined in our sole and absolute discretion. Any returns accepted by us are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee

If you believe an item is damaged, it must be returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days. Please email us at hello@edinburghcityfc.com and enter “Return Request” in the subject line with the below information. We will contact you within 3-5 business days of receipt.

• Phone number
• Order number
• Nature of the damage

Please note that we take a digital photographic record of condition which is date stamped for each item prior to packaging and shipping.

Return Shipments

Any return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.

Edinburgh City FC will not cover return shipping costs or customs fees for International orders.
